22/12/2017 Complaint: Upgraded online end Nov 2017; billed for new device from 1 December but haven’t received handset by 22 December. I received an upgrade order confirmation email on 30 November 2017. I have made 6 phone calls to various Vodacom service numbers (082 111, 082 1945, 082 1959, 082 17844) from 11 December to 20 December.
